• Make sure that the telecommunications regulatory framework facilitates the establishment of modern licensing and the adoption of E-Commerce and Cyber laws
• Set requirements on the service providers to maintain network and services security standards (e.g., ISO), and public safety
• Update consumer protection regulations to include Cyber Security requirements
• Develop processes and procedures with enforcement authorities
