Law 431/2002 has provided the TRA with the responsibility to ensure a good level of QoS for the Telecommunications Services offered by the licensed operators and Service Providers to the Lebanese public. For this purpose, the TRA has published the "Technical Quality of Service and Key Performance Indicators Regulation" designed to define the minimum set of standards that service providers shall meet.
