Quality of Service
The TRA principles pertaining to the Quality of Service and Key Performance Indicators are based on the development of a competitive environment. The Authority aims to assure consumers of service quality, fairness in tariffs, and transparency in billing.

The TRA has defined a minimum set of KPIs that Service Providers shall meet, based on the Telecommunication Law and the international best practice, consistent with the global telecom regulation trends. The TRA will ensure that these KPIs are regularly published to assist users to make informed decisions as to their Service Providers.

The "Technical Quality of Service (QoS) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)" Regulation is designed to provide potential and current market stakeholders in the telecommunications sector with clear and concise explanations of all QoS and KPI technical elements.
