Human EMF exposure Limit Draft Regulation
The Human EMF exposure Limit Draft Regulation was issued for public consultation in October 2009 with a deadline to consult by December 2009. After having thoroughly taken in consideration stakeholders’ feedback, TRA Board Members approved the Human EMF exposure Limit Draft Regulation on March 31st, 2010. This Draft Regulation will become binding further to the State of Council’s review and once published in the Official Gazette.

The purpose of this Draft Regulation is to set national limits for the level of EMF exposure that is considered acceptable for the public and workers to protect them from potential health effects of man-made non-ionizing radio frequency in the living and working environment.
