All over the world, there is a constant race between #regulation and the introduction of #technological advancements. Mr. Amine Moukheiber, the head and Acting General Manager of the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority in Lebanon (TRA), will be discussing with us the ways in which we can convert the regulatory landscape in the #MENA into an enabler for the fast technological advancements required on the panel "Regulation – A Hurdle or an Enabler?"
Amine Moukheiber has been in his current position since 2015. Prior to that, he acted as the Secretary of the Board of the TRA and its managing director since 2007. He has held several strategic management & leadership positions throughout his career and has lead several companies across several industries. He is also the founder and CEO of LEAP, a renowned management consulting firm in #Lebanon, and has the reputation as being one of the most dynamic trainers and business coaches in Lebanon.
Amine holds a Master’s degree from #Harvard #Kennedy School since 1993.
