Business Etiquette Training for MoT Complaints Department Employees

Mrs. Corine Feghaly, TRA Consumer Protection Manager, delivered on October 9, 2019 a business phone etiquette training to the employees of the complaints department at the Ministry of Telecommunications (MoT).
The objective of this training is to help the MoT employees improve their communication skills to be able to handle telecom complaints in a professional and successful way.
