Dr. Imad Hoballah, TRA Acting chairman and CEO, participated in the 3rd annual conference organized by the Executive Committee of the IEEE NDU Student Branch under the title of: "Current Trends in Communications in Lebanon" on Saturday, June 02, 2012 at Notre Dame University (NDU).

During the event, Dr. Hoballah gave a presentation titled "Lebanon ICT Market, Status and Real Potential" where he presented the Status of the Telecommunications sector in Lebanon and promoted Broadband as a stimulator to the economic growth, business development and social welfare. Dr. Hoballah also informed the audience about the ICT policy tools and the regulatory framework that the TRA has been extensively working on setting since its establishment.
