TRA experts will be representing the Authority and participating in the upcoming EMERG workshop around Infrastructure Sharing and Rights of Way. This workshop will take place in Portugal (Cascais) from Sept 19 to Sept 21 and will tackle the below issues:

- Access to mobile networks for Mobile Virtual Network Operators: should this be mandatory and how should it be regulated?

- What other forms of infrastructure sharing are common practice in the EMERG countries and what regulatory measures are in place? This would include policies regarding the objections against mobile network masts.

The workshop will also be a platform for comparing approaches to rights of way and the involvement of National Regulatory Authorities in its implementation.
