With the intention of further strengthening the existing relations between the two Authorities and promoting the exchange of information regarding their experience in the field of electronic communications regulation, the TRA of Lebanon and the Information and Communication Technologies Authority of the Republic of Turkey (ICTA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on February 3, 2011.

This MoU aims at promoting the exchange of ideas, information, experts, skills and experience between the two regulators and at disseminating best practices in the field of electronic communications regulation.
