The Service Providers Licensing Regulation was issued through decision 12/2025 (Issue 52, date 11/12/2025).

This regulation sets the comprehensive rules and procedures for granting, renewing, modifying, transferring, suspending, or cancelling telecommunications licenses. It also defines the principles and requirements that guide the licensing process and ensures that all applicants and service providers are treated fairly, equally, and transparently.
