The Spectrum Management and Licensing Regulation was issued through decision 11/2025 (Issue 52, date 11/12/2025).

This regulation establishes rules for the efficient, fair, and transparent allocation and use of radio frequencies and reinforces the TRA’s role in ensuring optimal spectrum planning, assignment, and monitoring in alignment with international best practices.
