Organizer: UNED – Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (National University of Distance Education), with the support of the Junta de Andalucía (Regional Government of Andalusia, Spain) and in collaboration with CITI (Columbia Institute for Tele-Information – Columbia University).
This conference brings an opportunity to participate in discussions on the public / private role and interplay in next generation communications with relevant experts on these issues.
In addition, the Info Journal, the International Journal of Management and Network Economics, and the Telecommunications Policy Journal have endorsed the conference through special issues that will be prepared with selected contributions to the congress.
