On 5 March 2026, the TRA published on the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) electronic platform a Request for Proposals (RFP) titled:
"Assistance in the Preparation of Tender Documents, the Financial Model, and the Management and Operating Agreement (MOA) for Mobile Interim Companies".

In light of the current circumstances, the deadline for submission of proposals has been extended from 28 April 2026 to 28 May 2026 at 12:00 PM.

This extension is also based on requests received from several interested and potential bidders, in order to allow sufficient time to prepare comprehensive proposals.

An updated version of the RFP document will be soon published on the TRA website, incorporating the relevant necessary amendments.
