The Service Providers Licensing Regulation, issued by the TRA under Decision No. 12/2025 and published on 11 December 2025, establishes a clear and transparent framework for telecommunications licensing in Lebanon. In particular, Decision No. 7/2026 published on May 21, 2026, clearly defines how service providers can apply for a new license or renew an existing one.

To apply for a new ISP license or renew an existing license, you can download, print, and complete the application form, then submit it along with the required documents at the TRA office from Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
