Request for Proposals (RFP) for Consulting Services is one of the primary legal procurement mechanisms under the
Lebanese Public Procurement Law No. 244/2021.
It is reserved exclusively for intellectual, technical, and knowledge-based services that require a high level of specialized expertise, such as studies, engineering and administrative consulting, and the drafting of tender specifications.
