On 5 March 2026, the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) published on the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) electronic platform a Request for Proposals (RFP) titled: "Consultancy Services to Support the Preparation of the Mobile Networks Management and Operating Agreement Tender."

In light of the current circumstances, the deadline for submission of proposals has been has extended from 30 March 2026 to 28 April 2026 at 12:00 PM while all other provisions of the RFP remain unchanged and additional clarification queries will be accepted until 18 April 2026 at the latest.

This extension follows requests received from several interested and potential bidders, with the aim of allowing sufficient time for the thorough review of the tender documents and the preparation of comprehensive proposals, thereby ensuring broader participation.

During the coming week, the TRA will publish an English version of the RFP, along with responses to all clarification requests received to date.
