All foreigners must have a valid passport and visa to enter Lebanon. Passports must be valid for at least six months. Visas can be obtained in advance at the Lebanese embassies and consulates around the world.

The citizens of the following countries are exempted from entrance visas: Bahrain – Jordan – Kuwait – Qatar – Oman – Saudi Arabia – United Arab of Emirates. (source: ITU website)

How to apply for a visa

Kindly apply for a visa at the Lebanese embassy in your country. Please be informed that all Lebanese embassies around the world have been notified of the GSR/GILF event to facilitate visa issuance. To inquire about the Lebanese embassy or the consulate in your country, kindly visit the following link:

In case your country is not listed on the above link, kindly send us the name of the delegates that will be attending the event along with their flight details and a copy of their passports to the following email GSR.visas@tra.gov.lb. Upon receipt, the GSR Visas team will be processing your request with the Lebanese authorities and will get back to you as soon as possible.
