LIRNEasia, a regional information and communication technology policy and regulation capacity-building organization, has conducted a benchmark study scoring the way regulatory Authorities use their website to communicate with their stakeholders. The results are used by TRAs to improve their websites and the quality of published information.

The first evaluation of the TRA website was based on the previous version and Lebanon had an overall score of 50%, whereas it scored 70% further to the evaluation of its newly released version.
