The TRA Financial Procedure is now approved. The Authority had already received the endorsement of the Minister of Telecommunications H.E. Mr Marwan Hamadeh, which was followed by the approval of the Minister of Finance, H.E Mr. Jihad Azour.

The Ministry of Finance recognized that the drafted procedures are best in class in terms of transparency, efficiency, and accountability. The procedures are also proven to be in line with international accounting best practices. H.E Mr. Azour considers that the TRA’s financial procedures are a model that should be followed in modernizing the existing laws and regulations applicable to other state institutions.
