Telecommunications Regulatory Authority is pleased to announce an ongoing initiative to gather valuable feedback from consumers on their satisfaction with telecom services in Lebanon.
In the near future, consumers will receive an SMS invitation to participate in a survey covering mobile, internet, and fixed-line services. Users of telecom services can also access and respond to the survey through all official TRA communication channels (LinkedIN, Facebook, X).
This survey will provide a crucial platform for your voice to be heard. The insights gathered from the results will be instrumental in guiding the TRA’s efforts to help improve the overall service for all users.
