The TRA was honored to have its Board Members attend "Beirut One" event, a landmark conference taking place on November 18–19, 2025, at the Seaside Pavilion in Beirut. This event brings together leaders from the public and private sectors, the Lebanese diaspora, and international partners to explore investment opportunities, promote economic recovery, and strengthen confidence in Lebanon’s future.

The event, held under the patronage of HE President Joseph Aoun, highlighted a broad investment program addressing priority sectors, including infrastructure, reconstruction, creative industries, and digital transformation. In the opening ceremony, President Aoun stated: “We reaffirm Lebanon’s openness to its Arab and international surrounding (…) Our openness is not just a slogan, but a real direction towards new partnerships, towards surrounding markets and towards strengthening Lebanon’s position on the regional and international business map”. On Day 2, H.E. Charles Hage expressed his support for the TRA during his speech, noting that the reforms he is implementing that include the reactivation of the Authority and application of Law 431, will open the doors to increased investment in the telecom sector in Lebanon.

Speaking on this occasion, Dr. Jenny Gemayel, TRA Chairwoman, stated: “Our participation in Beirut One reflects the TRA’s commitment to enabling a modern, transparent, and innovative telecom sector, which is fundamental to rebuilding confidence, attracting investment, and opening new opportunities for Lebanon’s economy.”

The TRA will continue to engage with stakeholders throughout the event and reaffirm its role in supporting regulatory transparency and sector development to advance Lebanon’s digital future.
