Mr. Amine Moukheiber, TRA Acting General Manager, participated in the 16th annual meeting of FRATEL (Reseau Francophone de la Regulation des Telecommunications) that took place in Paris on 22 and 23 November 2018, under the theme of "Facilitating innovation and promoting efficient investment in electronic communications, what role for the regulator?"

The event gathered more than 160 participants representing 32 members of the French telecommunications regulatory network, international institutions (AFD, OECD, OIF, ITU, UEMOA), administrations and sector players (operators, regional associations of regulators, equipment manufacturers, stakeholders digital firms, law firms and consultants).
