Mr. Amine Moukheiber, TRA Acting General Manager, participated in the 15th annual meeting of FRATEL (Reseau Francophone de la Regulation des Telecommunications) in Brussels on November 23-24, 2016, under the theme of “Impacts of the new digital ecosystem on the electronic communications market and other business sectors”.

This event gathered more than 120 participants representing 24 members of the French speaking countries. Participants included telecom regulators, international institutions (OIF, ITU, European Commission), public institutions (AFD, ANSSI,Mission France Très haut débit) and other sector players (operators, donors, law firms and consultants).
