Mr. Amine Moukheiber, Secretary of the Board and Administrative Affairs Director, was appointed as the TRA focal point by the Minister of Telecommunications H.E Minister Boutros Harb on 21st September 2015. Mr. Moukheiber will hold this function until a new TRA Board is nominated by the Council of Ministers.

Mr. Moukheiber will be in charge of the day to day management of the institution and of the coordination with various parties to ensure the sustainability of the TRA.
