The MoET announced on March 31st, 2014 the "Consumer Protection Lebanon" mobile app for download from AppStore & Google Play Store. This application will help consumers report any complaint they have in relation to their purchased goods and services and have access to the legal framework that protects them.

The TRA encourages the download of this application that will assist the Authority with its prerogative to resolve of all telecom related complaints further to the MOU with the MOET in this regard.
