In line with the TRA’s prerogative in protecting consumers and children online, several projects have been initiated and developed by the TRA to create awareness and develop a knowledgeable society who acts responsibly in Cyberspace.

In February 2013, a dedicated national safety website "National Internet Safety Lebanon" www.e-aman.com was created and launched in the English language, in collaboration with the Ministry of Telecommunications and Born Interactive, targeting the Lebanese community and aiming at helping Lebanese citizens bypass Internet risks. This website offers comprehensive tips and exhaustive information to the community including parents, youngsters and teachers.

Following a mass SMS campaign informing the Lebanese mobile users of this important site, many interests were received with special requests to make it available in Arabic. This website is now launched in Arabic and is projected to be available in two more languages (French and Armenian) in the future.
