Dr. Ali Krecht, TRA Senior Technical Operations expert participated in the Middle East Com 2012 on December 4-5, 2012 in Dubai where he moderated the panel on "Investing in Rural Areas - Examining Strategies for the cost-Effective Delivery of service to Rural Areas" within the Transforming Network Economics focus day on December 4. He also shared his expertise in the LTE focus day while participating in the "Spectrum Debate: Achieving Spectrum Harmonisation - Why and How?" panel on December 5.

The Middle East Com Telco Summit is a yearly event gathering the region’s telecommunications professionals to discuss the changing realities of the ever more complex market and to gain insight from the most innovative companies who are succeeding in this.

The 2012 edition of the summit encompassed two-day conferences on Digital Services & MVNO as well as focus days on Customer Experience Management, Transforming Network Economics, LTE and Mobile Money.
