TRA is praised once more for resolving a quality of service related complaint

The TRA received a praise earlier today from the “Barbara – Jbeil” community for the efforts deployed to resolve a complaint related to the deteriorating quality of service of an Internet connection that affected some residents in the mentioned area. The thank you note was addressed to the TRA Technical and Consumer Affairs teams for their dedication and comprehensive follow-up.
In resolving this complaint, the TRA visited the concerned location causing the bad quality of service, recommended a call of action and coordinated thoroughly with the cooperating Service Provider. This intervention lead to an improved quality of service in the area, and the residents of Barbara were extremely satisfied with the efficient follow-up of this complaint.
