The TRA requests from all licensed Service Providers who previously obtained their license from TRA and have not renewed it yet to present their renewal request at the TRA premises before 31st December 2011, which is their current license expiry date.

The TRA would also like to remind the concerned that the Authority is the sole institution mandated by Law 431 to issue a license for data and Internet Service Providers (article 19-2) and that it will take the necessary actions to ensure the continuity of the concerned services to Lebanese consumers of telecom services as well as the conditions of fair competition between SPs in the market.
