Dr. Hoballah participated in the Middle East – Telco World Summit, on November 29-30 in Dubai. As he was invited to share his views in the Regulation Roundtable, he revealed how regulators should be dealing with investment needs in the digital crunch. The regulatory roundtable Dr. Hoballah took part in, discussed crucial issues related to the future of telecommunications in the region, the regulatory decisions driving the growth of the Middle East Telecoms Market as well as the digital economy regulation challenges.
