The TRA launches an awareness leaflet about consumer protection

As part of its efforts to protect consumers’ rights, the TRA launched a new leaflet destined to focus on its work and efforts in terms of consumer protection. This leaflet destined to the widest public is part of the Transparency and Accountability Grant (TAG) project funded by USAID

The leaflet highlights the TRA objectives and main actions to improve the quality of telecom services and solve users’ complaints. It also stresses on TRA’s efforts at the regulatory and field levels to help telecom services consumers secure their rights.

The leaflets has been distributed at the customer service centers of the Telecom Service Providers such as various Internet Service Providers (ISPs), Ogero, and the Consumer Protection Directorate at the Ministry of Economy and Trade .
