IEEE Communication Chapter in Lebanon is organizing a Workshop (IEEE-LCW’10) on December 18, 2010 at the Lebanese University, faculty of engineering in Hadath.

This year’s workshop will discuss Communications Security issues and will focus on Cybercrime and Cyberwar, Network Security, and Mobile Cellular Security Evolution.

Dr. Imad Hoballah, TRA acting Chairman, will be giving a speech during the opening ceremony and Eng. Mohamad Ayoub, Senior Spectrum Management Expert , will be the coordinator for the Plenary session.

The IEEE Communications Society promotes the advancement of science, technology and applications in communications and related disciplines. It fosters presentation and exchange of information among its members and the technical community throughout the world.
