The first Arab Regional Conference on “Security in cyberspace: personal data, intellectual property, national security and children protection" was held on 20th - 22nd of October under the auspices of His Excellency the Minister of Justice, Pr. Ibrahim Najjar. The event was jointly organized by the Ministry of Justice of Lebanon, the Faculty of Law at the Jesuit University, the Lebanese Information Technology Association in addition to a several Public and Private institutions from Belgium, Egypt, France, Jordan, and Tunisia.

Eng. Said Haidar gave a presentation, on behalf of Dr. Imad Hoballah, commissioner, Board Member, Head of Telecommunications Technologies Unit at the TRA, on Wednesday 21st October on "Children Protection in Cyberspace” as part of the National Cybersecurity Policies at the Jesuit University - Social Sciences faculty – Achrafieh.
