Further to the evaluation of the presented technical offers related to the “QOS Monitoring and Measurement of the KPI’s for the Telecommunication services in Lebanon” tender, the TRA Board will be opening the financial offers on Friday 25th of September 2009.

The TRA will also present the RFP stages and announce the results of the eligibility and technical evaluations of the bidders. The Authority will then proceed to the opening of the sealed financial offers in the presence of the bidders’ representatives where the winner shall be declared, based on the overall performance evaluations.
