The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Lebanon invited concerned specialized companies to respond to an RFP by submitting a proposal for the provision of a solution for the measurement of quality of telecommunications services in Lebanon.

Further to defined deadlines related to the RFP, the TRA answered all questions and clarification requests received before Friday, April 10th, 2009 through a Q and A document sent to all participants on Wednesday the 15th of April 2009.
