The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Lebanon invited concerned specialized companies to respond to this RFP by submitting a proposal for the provision of a solution for the measurement of quality of telecommunications services in Lebanon.

The TRA has defined the following deadlines related to the RFP for the provision of a solution for the measurement of quality of telecommunications services in Lebanon:

1. The tender document can be obtained at the TRA offices until Wednesday, April 1st at 5:00PM.
2. The TRA shall be answering all questions and clarification requests received before Friday, April 10th, 2009 through a Q and A document by Wednesday the 15th of April 2009.
3. The deadline for submitting the tender document has been extended further to stakeholders’ requests. Concerned parties who have notified the TRA of their interest to participate in this RFP can submit their proposal until Thursday, April 30th , 2009 at 5:00 PM.
