Invitation to Tender for the provision of a solution for the measurement of quality of telecommunications services in Lebanon Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Lebanon.

The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Lebanon invites concerned specialized companies to respond to this RFP by submitting a proposal for the provision of a solution for the measurement of quality of telecommunications services in Lebanon.

The tender document including the specifications can be obtained at the TRA offices, Down Town Beirut, Marfaa 200 building, 2nd floor from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Interested parties should contact the TRA offices by phone at  01 964 300  or by email at qosrfp@tra.gov.lb prior to withdrawing the RFP document.

The closing date for the RFP occurs on Friday 20th of April 2009 at 5:00 PM.
