Held under the auspices of the President of the Republic of Lebanon General Michel SLEIMAN, LETS’09 was scheduled on the 24, 25 and 26th of February. This forum covered e Transactions issues in different fields such as: e Government, e Management, e Commerce, and e Signature.

Dr. Shehadi’s presentation focused on the liberalization process of the Lebanese Telecommunications market, a pre-requisite for the development of the information system and an information based economy.
