In the light of the EU Digital Single Market strategy and of recent relevant sectoral regulatory proposals, the aim of the workshop is to analyze the new market dynamics and challenges arising from new OTT business models, cross-border content portability and Big Data as well as the need for any new regulatory responses to them. The workshop will also focus on key market indicators for the new digital ecosystem.
