Broadband for all is an event for ICT policy makers and regulators to discuss key ICT policy issues. Topics will include:

- How public policies can support a broad diffusion and deep adoption of ICT led innovations for the benefits of our society

- What are efficient ICT policy and regulations for the ever-changing and converging environment, e.g. to fulfill consumers’ expectations on tomorrow’s TV & Video experiences

- Under what circumstances specific services need dedicated spectrum – now and in a 5G perspective 2020.
