The UNESCWA Thematic Workshop on the "Information Society in the Arab Region – A Decade of Achievements" will be held as one of the WSIS+10 pre-events, on Monday 9 June 2014 in Geneva Switzerland.

The Workshop will overview the progress and achievements made in the Arab region in the past decade, and provide an opportunity for champions from the region to present their national experiences, challenges and achievements
