The Ministry of Information and Communication Technologies organizes, under the high patronage of the Head of the Tunisian Government the 7th edition of the international manifestation ICT4ALL2013 in Hammamet - Tunisia from November 11th to 14th, 2013. This event is organized in partnership with the International Telecommunication Union, UNCTAD, and UNESCO, and in collaboration with the African Union, the League of Arab States, the Economic Commission for Africa, the ESCWA, the African Development Bank, the World Bank and AICTO.
This event will bring together all stakeholders representing governments, international organizations, civil society, the private sector, researchers and academics. It is a catalyst for the reduction of the digital divide in all, dimensions, economic, social, geographical etc.. Similarly, the current political policy has given rise to the important role that ICT4ALL can provide for communication rights, particularly regarding the exercise of the right of citizens to access to Internet through effective use of Information and Communication Technologies potential.
