IIC is an independent global body with expertise in the worlds of broadcasting and telecommunications and has had the benefit of deep association with the major players in the two sectors for many years. It provides a platform for new ideas and thoughtful debate among senior players within industry, politics and academia as well as within the international regulatory community. Every year, the IIC holds a small number of Telecommunications and Media Fora around the globe, where leading communications organisations come together to discuss major policies and market implications. Forum meetings are small, interactive events and by invitation only to achieve the right mix of expertise present.
