Go to any LibanPost center with your ID and phone.

1. If the fee is already available in the system: Pay on the spot. Your line is typically reactivated within 24 hours.
   
2. If the fee is not yet available (device not yet valued by Customs): You have two options:
   
   • Not urgent:
     Wait 1–2 weeks and return to the same LibanPost center — Customs valuation is processed in the meantime, and you can then pay directly.
     
     
   • Urgent (need immediate activation):
     Follow these steps instead:
     1. Go to the Parcel and Postal Services Department, Beirut–Rafic Hariri International Airport, to complete customs clearance and have the device priced.
     2. Take the signed customs clearance to the TRA premises, where the online manual SIM activation process will be provided.
     3. Return to the airport to pay the customs fee and activate the SIM online per TRA's instructions.
