TRA Board Members held a meeting earlier today with representatives of the Mobile Operators Syndicate of Lebanon, led by its President, Marc Aoun.

The meeting focused on employees’ rights and the importance of employment security and continuity, particularly in light of the TRA’s preparations for the Request for Proposals (RFP) and the upcoming management contracts for MIC1 and MIC2.

The Syndicate emphasized the need to safeguard employees’ rights within the RFP and contractual framework. The TRA Board Members listened to the Syndicate’s concerns and reaffirmed the Authority’s commitment to transparent regulatory processes, in line with its legal mandate and the public interest.
