An awards ceremony was organized by Lebanon Web Awards on Sunday, January 24th, 2010 at the Phoenicia Intercontinental Hotel where the TRA website won the silver prize among the Governmental Organizations Category.

Initially launched in 2008, the revamped website is considered to be the TRA official gateway for the Authority to communicate with its various audiences be it service providers, investors and consumers. The TRA website highlights in an efficient and transparent manner the TRA plans and regulations that involve all stakeholders in the public consultation process, in addition to the latest news and events that interest the Lebanese citizens.

The TRA website was revamped in 2009 in collaboration with Born Interactive, new services were added and the home page was restructured and re-designed. An interactive news section was developed and implemented to convey the latest telecom news and events. The TRA enhanced and rich content now exceeds 2000 pages targeting all public segments.
