Summer Internship Opportunity - Administrative and Paralegal Interns

The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Lebanon (TRA) is seeking motivated university students or recent graduates to join its team for a three-month summer internship.

Number of available positions: 3
Duration: 3 months
Location: Ministry of Telecommunications Building, Downtown Beirut

Internship Overview

The internship offers practical exposure to the administrative, legal, and regulatory work of the TRA. Selected interns will support the Authority’s management and teams in following up on administrative processes, conducting legal and regulatory research, preparing documents, and maintaining institutional records.

Key Responsibilities

Interns may be assigned responsibilities including:
  • Providing general administrative and organizational support.
  • Preparing, reviewing, formatting, and filing official documents and correspondence.
  • Conducting legal, regulatory, and policy research.
  • Assisting in the preparation of legal notes, summaries, reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
  • Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic records.
  • Supporting the review and classification of laws, regulations, decisions, contracts, and official documents.
  • Assisting with meeting preparation, scheduling, and follow-up.
  • Supporting the TRA team with other administrative and paralegal tasks as required.
Qualifications

Applicants should:
  • Be currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a university programme in Law, Public Administration, Political Science, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
  • Demonstrate a strong interest in administrative, legal, regulatory, or public-sector work.
  • Have strong research, writing, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Be detail-oriented, reliable, professional, and able to handle information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Language Requirements
  • Excellent command of Arabic and English is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of French is a plus
