In accordance with the Lebanese Public Procurement Law No. 244/2021, a Request for Quotations (RFQ) is a competitive procurement method through which qualified suppliers are invited to submit price offers for clearly defined goods, works or services. This method may be used when the estimated procurement value does not exceed LBP 15 billion.
