As a part of its awareness role, the TRA has launched a glossary of telecommunications related terms in English and Arabic. The creation of this glossary aims to ensure consumers and telecom stakeholders have clear access in their selected language to the terms used by the TRA especially those used in the drafts for the development and the implementation of the regulatory framework.
