Included in the Request for Applications (the "RFA") at page 3 is a timetable (the "Timetable") setting out the key dates in respect of the Tender Process, including the deadline for the submission of questions by Eligible Parties. Eligible Parties are hereby advised that the HCP and the TRA will continue to allow questions to be submitted after the deadline of 10 December 2007, in accordance with the first footnote of the Timetable.

The HCP and the TRA will make a further announcement in due course, notifying Eligible Parties of the new deadline after which no further questions will be considered. Such announcement will be posted in the online data room at least one week prior to the new deadline for the submission of questions. This deadline is currently not anticipated to be prior to 25 January 2008.

Capitalized terms used in this announcement but not otherwise defined shall have the meanings given to them in the RFA.
